Wholistic Practices have been in place for thousands of years but not always available to everyone. A small demonstration project is increasing opportunities to provide “treatments” to those previously excluded while also helping us learn more about the possible impact on overall well-being — especially with anxiety, trauma, grief, and/or “behavioral challenges”. Come hear more and join in the discussion of future ideas for expansion. 1. Participants will gain an overview of complimentary and wholistic practices. 2. Participants will explore and discuss how wholistic practices can impact lives, especially anxiety, trauma, grief, and “behavioral challenges”. 3. Participants will model simple techniques that can be used to increase comfort and well-being on themselves and consider how those techniques can be shared with others.
